Quality: I’m going to have to call these Mexican Fire Opal Nuggets at least an AA grade. These are some of the most amazing fire opal beads I’ve seen in a long time. The white is really bright white, the creamy color is creamy and the oranges are truly on fire!! The cut of the stones is amazing, micro-faceted with a very consistent shape within the strand. I love them so much! I must have some unrequited love for Mexican Fire Opal, because I just absolutely LOVE it. If I could figure out what to do with them, I’d never sell them. But since I don’t have that ‘jewelry design’ gene – I will have to let them go to one of you – who will be able to do more than covet these lovely little gems…

Although I usually have all the stones shown in the image, the stones in this image are one of three strands available.

So I’ve read that Opals are the stone of hope, are the most powerful of healing stones, and best of all, amplify positive emotions. (so what I’m getting here is that Opal rocks!) Regardless, opal is a very delicate stone and should be treated gently to avoid cracking & breaking these lovely rich stones.
