Quality: These Quality Amazonite Beads are going to have to go as at least AAA. These were an old purchase, more than 10 years old, and to be honest, I have looked to see if I can restock these and I simply can’t find any supplies of this quality. The bits that I have seen are rare or very low quality which means that this is all there is for the foreseeable future. Regardless, what makes these special is the color & quality of the stone. They are 100% natural, untreated bright, vibrant, rich teal color with crisp white stripes and details. The faceting adds extra sparkle, although the cut is less than perfect. These even have a lot of shimmer in the material that I personally find amazing – in addition to the sparkle & shine! Granted I saw two or three beads that are not quite as dramatic in color, and a few have some bits of brown (occurs naturally) on the stone.

To sum it up: These. Are. Incredible.

Teal Russian Amazonite is like an entity unto itself. It’s deep teal color with sparkly bands of white. I’m surprised at how much dyed Amazonite there is out there – but I guarantee these aren’t they. These are natural beauties!
