Details: Wow. I mean just wow. This Canadian Ammolite Pendant Bead is awesome! Ammolite is a really interesting stone. It is one of the few biogenic gemstones (like amber and pearl) and is formed by the fossilized shells of ammonite. This is what gives the shimmer & nacre-like qualities to the appearance of these guys. I am so enamored with the color play and show of these guys that I just can’t get over it.

Although this is not a huge piece, it has a beautiful, natural face that shines brilliant red, and is cut into a slender rectangle. It is a delicate piece with a powerful appearance. I just can’t get enough of these guys. I truly can’t find anything wrong with this guy – I guess I could say that you may have to move the piece to make the red flash, but it just makes it more interesting – you keep looking to see what else the stone has to show you!
