Quality: I’m going to call these faceted Sapphire beads an AAA or more. There is so much about these stones that is incredible, I don’t know where to start! These are wonderfully cut – they are thick slices with brilliantly faceted edges. Although they are not calibrated for size, they are all thick enough to please me, which is a tough thing to do.

Next is the color! Geez, I am loving the variation these guys have! The pink at the center of the strand is robust and there are even some purple and other colors scattered through the variegation on the strand. After that I’ve got to mention (again) the length – this is not a regular length strand of beads, it’s a 16″ strand, which makes it an even better deal! Finally, I chose these because they are the 3.5-4mm size instead of the 3mm size – I think there comes a point when you are making jewelry that quality just counts and a 4mm diameter is just a more valuable size. If you make nice stuff, then these are the stones for you!
