Quality: I’m going to have to call this Garnet Briolette Beads strand an AA grade. These are cut from really pretty nice material – juicy, deep red color – but the cut is less than perfect. I think I’m being a bit to harsh on these guys, they are really nice little beads. They are very small drops (although I do have a strand that is a tiny bit larger right now) like tiny drops of red jell-o – deep, saturated red! These are still incredible in color, transparency, and the cut is good – just inconsistent. At the same time, I feel a bit guilty for being too critical, they really are quite spectacular!

I love garnet. I love it’s versatility (it can put on the prettiest color). But most of all, I love how it feels. It’s slippery & shiny, and so very tactile – it’s a shame you can’t feel these, because they have that weight & slip that contributes to Garnet’s sexy appeal…
