This strand of Quality Moonstone Beads is:

Shape: Faceted button wheel rondelle shape
Size: 5mm
Quality: These are some of the best quality Moonstone beads I’ve ever seen. They are AAA beads. The cut is fantastic, microfaceted, brilliant flashy facets with great drill holes, no abuse or wear, a stout 5mm button with generally thick beads (there is some variation in thickness, as these aren’t calibrated stones). The stone quality is amazing, the grey has a deep mystical shimmer (as does the peach & white) whereas the light stones are crystal clear with a sometimes iridescent flash. Again, I am more than happy to keep these beads – I can’t tell you how much I adore them! (can you tell?)
Hindu lore says that the radiant shimmer of moonstone is from captured moonbeams in the stone. Dreamy, eh?
