Quality: I’m going to have to call this Quality Tourmaline Briolettes strand an A grade. As you can see in the image – we’ve got a pretty snazzy tourmaline here – the color is lavish – it’s deep & rich & varied and the strand has some beautifully transparent stones, as well as some stones that are not as clean. The issue with these is in terms of cut – they have beautiful color & are quite sparkly, but I always expect a difficult drill hole here & there. At the same time, they do NOT suffer in the fancy appearance department – they have a lovely range of color. The colors are all lovely, bright, & have a flashy facet – sparkle on!

Like it or not, when you tell people it’s genuine Tourmaline (just like with aquamarine), their eyebrows will go up & they will have another look – they can’t help it.
