This strand of rhodolite Garnet briolettes has:
Quantity: About 65 beads (one 7″ strand)
Shape: Faceted Teardrop Briolettes
Size: about 4x6mm
Quality: I’m going to have to call these rhodolite garnet briolettes about an A+ grade. These are really beautiful amazing beads, the cut is crisp and precise, they are generally well matched on the strand, the color is a deep & intense purple-ish red-ish pink-ish rhodolite color – who could ask for more? Well, I could of course! The only thing wrong with these guys is that they are a tiny bit dark so the color is deep and intense but not bright. These are really spectacular beads. I would call them more of a Rhodolite Garnet because they do tend to be more on the pink side than the traditional red side. They are generally eye clean (I did see one stone with a black dot in it, and it is possible that there is another, but I didn’t see any others).
I love garnet. I love it’s versatility (it can put on the prettiest color). But most of all, I love how it feels. It’s slippery & shiny, and so very tactile – it’s a shame you can’t feel these, because they have that weight & slip that contributes to Garnet’s sexy appeal…
The beads in the image are the beads you will receive.
