Quality: I’m going to call these rough Sapphire beads about an A. Because Sapphire is graded on its clarity, and these are lightly translucent, it has to drop a bit straight away. Nonetheless – these are CRAZY! I’ve never seen rough sapphire briolettes & I love them! They are cut into heart shapes and the surface is left rough with some light polish so they are somewhat shiny. The color is pretty bright & most of the stones are really quite translucent. Overall I’m really quite impressed! Since Sapphire is generally bought & sold by carat, this is a big fancy strad! Regardless, the color makes for very happy looking stones & some of the most unique sapphire I’ve ever seen!
