These genuine Tourmaline nuggets are:
Quantity: About 14+ beads (one 8.5″ strand)
Shape: Glossy smooth pebble nugget shape
Size: 10-20mm (largest & smallest, generally in between)
Weight: approx 190ct per strand
Quality: Holy Mackerel! These are awesome tourmaline nuggets! I’m going to call them AA, because they are large, they are shiny (mostly), and because in each strand you will find treasure beyond all imagination. No, not every stone is the treasure – but in each strand you will find a stone that has breathtaking color, or incredible clarity, or multiple colors, or deep & fascinating shimmer. These are richly diverse on each strand (please take some time to scour the images for both good & bad aspects!).

Yet these are not without issue – there is a rough drill hole here & there, although there shouldn’t be many. Also, because of the intense character of these stones, you will find some rough surfaces here & there, although they are natural aspects of the stone. Upon examination, I fell for these stones – they are so much fun to inspect! Finally, they are rather dark, as you can see in the image, the brighter stones are toward the middle of each strand, and I took close ups of the darker ends of the stones so you can also get an idea of what those look like as well.

Like it or not, when you tell people it’s genuine Tourmaline (just like with aquamarine), their eyebrows will go up & they will have another look – they can’t help it.
