Quality: I’m going to have to call this Yellow Aquamarine Beads strand an AA grade. This strand is incredibly translucent for Heliodor, which is commonly opaque and adds to it’s sunny glow.

First, the color. It’s like a gift of sunshine (Heliodor = Greek for Gift of the Sun) with it’s golden color. Also it has a nice cut, granted they aren’t very well matched, they have a happy smooth shine & a medium to high quality in cut. They just don’t appear to be poorly drilled & cut (you know how you get a strand and none of the briolettes sit well on a strand? These don’t appear to have that problem). They are just singing a song of spring & summer, which is particularly compelling on this snowy day for me!

Like it or not, when you tell people it’s genuine aquamarine, their eyebrows will go up & they will have another look – they can’t help it.
