These genuine Rough Opal Beads have:
Quantity: about twenty nine (29) beads (about 8″ long)
Shape: Natural irregular rough nugget beads
Size: 5x12mm up to 12x35mm
Weight: 220ct
Quality: I’m going to have to call these Rough Opal Beads about an A- grade. The color is varied which includes warm smooth pinks, some dendritic spots, as well as lots of natural texture & very little brown mixed in. The shape is generally irregular, and most are an abbreviated drop shape (i.e. drilled more to one end of the stone so they hang down a bit) with a lovely natural rough surface. These aren’t so much a sharp rough as they are more of a smooth rough (if that makes any sense). I’m really pleased with these unique, pretty stones!

Pink Peruvian Opal. So I’ve read that Opals are the stone of hope, are the most powerful of healing stones, and best of all, amplify positive emotions. In addition, Opal is the birthstone for October (along with tourmaline).
